Q. Do you have wheelchair seating?

A. Wheelchair seating is available at both the Eagle Eye Theatre and the Brackendale Art Gallery.

Q. Do you offer hearing-assistance devices?

A. The Eagle Eye Theatre is equipped with a Radio Frequency  listening system provided free of charge for our hearing-impaired guests. We have a limited supply of headsets.

Q. How do I pick up my tickets?

A. Print at Home with Eventbrite Online Ticketing or at least 30 minutes prior to performance start time at the venue.

Box Office Hours:       Performance Days: 45 minutes prior to show time and closes 5 minutes prior to show time.

Q. What if I cannot attend a performance that I have booked?

A. Please email [email protected] to inquire about whether an exchange to another date is possible – please note that, if possible, single ticket exchange fees and upgrades will apply. If you are a subscriber, exchange fees are waived. There are no refunds for ticket purchases.

Q. What if I lose my tickets?

A. We will replace lost tickets at no charge at the box office. We do require that you have proof of purchase. Email [email protected]

Q. What does my ticket price include?

A. All in person purchases are as is and the price is final. Online ticket purchases are subject to a per transaction credit card fee. For further information contact Eventbrite.ca

Q. Where do I park?

A. The Eagle Eye Theatre has ample parking space available on the property of Howe Sound Secondary School where the theatre is located. If the front lot appears full, further parking is available at the south side and rear of the building.

The Brackendale Art Gallery has a small lot on the south facing of the venue and a larger lot at the north facing of the building. Please note if parking on the street you are subject to the local bylaws of the District of Squamish.

Q. What if I arrive after the performance has started?

A. Latecomers will be seated, we do however, ask that you enter only on applause as this is usually when there is no active action that you may be disturbing.

Q. Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

A. Tickets are non-refundable.

Performance Etiquette Reminders

  • It is very important to turn off wristwatch alarms, cell phones, and beepers for the duration of the show.

  • Please be modest with your use of fragrances as some patrons may have allergies.

  • Please wait until intermission or after the performance to discuss the show.

  • We request that you refrain from eating or unwrapping candy in the theatre, as it causes distractions for others.
